Our warehouse is located in China. We always aim to ship your order within 12 hours of receiving it. However, international shipping can be subject to various uncertainties beyond our control. If your order is urgent or of great importance, we recommend selecting express shipping. When opting for express shipping, please ensure to provide your telephone number. Please note that when you choose express shipping, you are more likely to incur customs taxes and VAT.
EU taxes and VAT
As per EU laws effective from July 1st, 2021, all packages sent to EU countries are subject to a VAT charge of 17%~27% based on the declared value. To ensure our customers receive their goods quickly and smoothly without any issues during customs clearance, we collect and prepay the VAT at the destination customs. This means our customers won't have to pay any additional fees for their orders.
